This Summer

I am increasingly excited for this summer. I'd much rather be picnicking at the beach with people I care about, swimming, falling asleep in the backyard with my dog and drinking with friends until the sun comes up. I want to play like crazy before I start school again in the fall.

Thursdays

I feel like nothing is progressing. I guess I got some things done today. I was overly excited about a 4.00 purchase of hair dye at the pharmacy yesterday. Not having money prompts people to create things. Especially when they've got a place to sleep. Just waiting for that to happen for me again. I have a headache.

My name is Daniela. I am a 20 year old from California. I like art and literature, among other things. I'm studying cultural anthropology and I pride myself on being interested in everything, having a very strange sense of humor and being a good listener. My family is Italian, and have probably been influenced by that. I would like to be less self-absorbed. I am a romantic, not in the sense of love as much as trying to find beauty in things. I love eccentrics and new places. I should start going to bed earlier.
